Return and Refund Policy
According to order status, it will be classified as
- For the unpaid order, it will be canceled automatically by the system after half an hour.
- If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can help you to cancel it but we need a reason. If you paid via credit card or PAYPAL, the card issuer will charge $0.5~$2 as commission charges.
- If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If item is damaged, we will pay for shipping costs.
- Item is not as described, we will pay for shipping costs.
- If return reason is clothing size, customer must pay return costs. Please check item description and size details before Buying!
- Items cannot be returned only for change of mind.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 Business Days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, Credit Card companies may hold the refunds for 7-10 days before posting them on your account.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

First step to do is to check the tracking code that we send you by email to know where your item is. If you feel that your item is taking too long to be delivered, please CONTACT US, we will be more than happy to solve your issue and let you Know when to expect the item, or in worst case send you a refund. You are responsible for making sure you put the correct address on your Shipping Address.
